    I'm in the 8th day and keep going...but tomorrow i'll train like a teenage girl at the gym it will be embarrasing but i can't handle this anxiety anymore i need to lift, no matter if i have to lift 2lbs dbs.

    Yes fruit is your friend when sick. I can swear sometimes I feel a sickness coming on I'll eat a bunch of bananas, drink a load of OJ, up the multi, and won't get sick

    what did you took? and what dose? Pay no attention to the recomended dosage. Thats for pvussy i'm actuallytaking 60mg of tepazepm to sleep i have a tough one hour to fall asleep. And teh eefect lasts for 5/6 hours.

    i been drinking a lot of Dole 100% juice, orange strawberry banana. but it has a lot of sugar in it lol

    just over the counter unisom...yeah next time i'll take 2 at once. last night i drank some prescription cough medicine and a pill and was still up till 4

    eeeh pansy. Get some diazepam and take 5mg for starter. If you feel you don't sleep after one hour. Next day take 10mgs.
    and so on. If you go beyond 10, take a stomach protector like omeprazol.
