Just got back from the chiropractor for my right shoulder. Basically I've irritated the tendon going down to the bicep and my anterior delt is over powering my posterior. So basically everything is bound up and out of balance. I'm only allowed to use dumbells or hammerstrength machines for all pressing movements for the next month. Oh joy... this will be great for bulking. Plus I get to go back 3 more times in the next week and a half at $20 co-pays a pop. The ultra-sound therapy was really cool though!

what kind of therapy do you have to do? are you doing any electro shock stuff? i did that for my arm and it helped.
