I've tried everything...not the bet options for me but if i had to choose between those two i'll take the alplazolam (xanax). That comes in 5mg pills. Read the posology and underuse that. I'd go for strarters. get the pill and break it with a knife. Half in the morning and half after dinner. It most prolly make you feel tired/sleep in good way. But waking up in the morning may be a rollercoster for the first hours specially the first 2/3 days. If you still feel anxious take 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the night.
Kalo with crush you. Not what you want if you pretend to lift.

dont think i have a mental condition, i just have a lot of shit going on right now in my life and cant really afford to have this anxiety that clouds my mind for a few min a time, its only happend 4 times in the past few weeks but thats 4 times to many

That sucks, sorry to hear about that bro. Whenever I get those kind of symptoms, I just go for a nice long run to clear my head or the gym to hit the bags....just sweat it out and beat your body down until your too tired to think about those issues.
