I always workout alone since lifting partners generally quit within a 2-4 months period. This style takes you to working failures every time. Even on them days where you feel like crap and not really being at the gym. You have to beat that %#@#% log book every time.

Yesterday i was feeling so-so but got myself through my workout, then at the end of the routine came floor deadlifts. Normally i would have went easy as i was spent, i looked at the weight from my previous lift and just said "oh F@$" cause i knew i had to beat it, and i did. So its a good method to keep you on your toes.

It is. Either beat the previous lift with more weight or same weight but more reps. I like it.

shhh, i have carpal tunnel and it flares up for a few weeks at a time. ill have trouble even opening my Natty PB jar cuz of the pain

so lifting has to stop for a bit.

Should make a good bitta difference hopefully, have decent discs and pads on the car at the moment and the lines are old so said I'd change em for better ones.

Oh i almost beat my driving instructor today...i take my chill pill at 10 am and he made me drive at 8 so i was in rage mode (prior provokation). And he started yelling at me at saying dude you're a kamikaze, do you wnna kill someone or what. You're gonnan crush. You're going too fast, you don't watch... and i was like i can't see anything with the trees, the rain, the building...and he went balabla excuses so driving at 4th i suddenly stoped the car. Idiot from other car shouting at me. One even came out and started yelling and saying "fvucking moron!, what where you thinking" and the guy goes into his Lexus to get a golf stick and i just slapped him 4 times. Pulled into his car ands told him "i don't slap you more because she is inside the car. now go" Then said to my instructor "man we are going to have so see each other for some more weeks, you ever talk to me like that sure someone is gonna crush. So if i do something wrong you POLITELY say it. Don't ever yell at me. Since then all good".

It works pretty well for me though
I wanted something front wheel drive, cause it snows quite a bit where I live. It gets like 35mpg highway fuel economy. A 9-3 aero is not a boaring car, it goes pretty fast. Black with black leather interior looks pretty sweet. I didn't want all wheel drive cause it drinks too much gas. I drive 60k miles per year, so there is no point spending crazy money on a car that's gonna need replacing in 3 years no matter what.
