whats up guys. Man finaly home from work, I realize I only work 3 days a week but they are 15 hour shifts. My days off drag and my days on are never ending.

i can never get over how slow those cars seem to be going relative to a bike revin' that high

I have been doing cardio for 2 weeks now and my legs and calves have been so tender the whole time. I still did legs today, I was not sure if I should or not, but I did not want to feel like I was making excuses if I did not do them

Try starting out setting the machine for 6000 meters. I do a spit of 1:43 for this. You should shoot for like 2:30 the first time around. It becomes a game where you are racing yourself. Form is super important.
