today has been a pretty boring day. although at least it was constructive for me at least

the guys in my town have no idea how to run cycles, some guy in my gym was bragging about how good his winstrol, anavar cycle was going.
I have been doing cardio for 2 weeks now and my legs and calves have been so tender the whole time. I still did legs today, I was not sure if I should or not, but I did not want to feel like I was making excuses if I did not do them

Try starting out setting the machine for 6000 meters. I do a spit of 1:43 for this. You should shoot for like 2:30 the first time around. It becomes a game where you are racing yourself. Form is super important.
rowing machines are devistating.
I've done erg competitions where throwing up after your peice is the norm.
