I'm an ex-rower, I love the erg, you will hate it.

The big number you want to display on the screen is called spit time. So like if it says 2:00 that means it will take you 2min to row 500 meters.

Try starting out setting the machine for 6000 meters. I do a spit of 1:43 for this. You should shoot for like 2:30 the first time around. It becomes a game where you are racing yourself. Form is super important.

Thanks Kratos, I would have never even tried that machine if you did not say something. Thats like the machine in the back dark corner covered in dust and cob webs.

I run 5 miles twice a week, and bike 120 miles a week, so I'm doing okay. I need a GF that isn't in boston because I need a babysitter to watch me.

Training is suffering, enduro is my strength. I won a bicycle race earlier this month so I'm in good shape, but all the drinking isn't healthy no doubt. Peeps are always asking me to hit the bars with them, and I can't say no.
