circadian rhythm is simply a FACT that is not even arguable. measurements of all hormones in your body reveal a clear cyclic pattern, etc.

i cant read in bed for long without falling asleep. maybe try reading a book in bed.

Take a hot bath, that helps better. Also, you could try just staying awake until tomorrow night, then you'll be wayyy ready for sleep, and back on normal schedule. That's what I am doing.

circadian rhythm is built into the entire animal kingdom. the cycle interestingly is about 25 hours, not 24

I wish but I can't do that because I have to work tomorrow from 7pm-7am

But I guess that really means I have to work tonight.

Can you write me a TRT for 300-400mg Test E per week please? I am lacking hormones, sometimes I break down and cry for no reasons, or when I see a pretty flower I want to pick it and stick it in my hair.

Yeah, but such character development is also aiding in natural boob growth.

I know, I know... who doesn't like boobies you're probably asking..?

Well, male boobies are another story.

N it's not, hehe I bet Kats is just tired.

Is Melanotan 1 any good? I don't really want to experience increased Libido, seeing as I am single and not such a whorebag anymore (except on this thread).

melatonin: produced by pineal gland in the brain.
melanotan: analogue of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone, which normally is produced in the hypothalamus as pro-opiomelanocortin
