Yes I have seen those studies and when on aromatizing steroids estrogen is anabolic and does raise IGF-1 etc. So this is maybe why it is estrogenic.... IDK no expert by any stretch of the imagination.

Yeah and now that I think of it I don't think I'll ask RR cause I know what the answer is going to be DON'T DRINK IT. I'm not going to make him think otherwise so why not just make my own decision about the subject........ I drink milk while in the offseason there done problem solved

Yea... but he's not the only one there. I'll probably ask it if you don't. I'm sure Lee Priest drank all the goddamn milk he wanted in off season.

see if you can get him to find you any studies where it showed an increase of estrogen levels in men and not just a hypothetical increase.

You're on cycle anyway, right, why would you care about a little estrogen?

anyway even if you decided to treat the extra estro, you'd use a SERM, not an AI

Go ahead and ask Ernst. Build some rep over there. Ask in his Q+A section and post up in the diet section

    Little quote from Nova himself
I know you were replying to him, but I have something to say about milk. First of all, I do not have a dairy allergy like many do. Basically it doesn't bloat me. Many have problems digesting the sugars in milk, mainly galactose. Many folks have slight food allergies and don't know it. For instance I get really bloated if I eat rice, and that is my little food allergy. So I stay away from rice.

In reference to milks nutritional value, wow. I love it. Low GI sugar, whey and casein protein. 80% of the protein in milk is usually whey and the other 20% is usually casein.

I also use milk in every single PWO meal.

the only thing I didn't like about my coach making me drink so much milk is it made my nose run more and I ended up getting a couple bronchial infections due to the post nasal drip. It is a fact it increases flem production.

Yeah and also don't take everything written here by these guys to be bible. For a while keto diet was totally frowned upon and was considered a shitty diet. Well look at some of the top bodybuilders and their conditioning speaks for it self..... though for me I'd do carb cycling. Big believer in many roads to the same place

And now at RR it seems that the keto diet is the only way to go for pre contest..... I know I wouldn't do well on that kinda diet. Not my type I stay lean and vascular as **** on 400 carbs a day...plus look at the Olympia I can only think of one bodybuilder in the top 10 who used a keto diet pre contest (tony freeman). So if I did hire RR I hope he doesn't just use a keto diet and be kinda like Haney Rambod where he looks at the competitor and uses the best approach for THEM..... carb cycling or keto.
