is soon as i start my cardio (swim) that fat will melt down. I know my body. i'll be a bit smaller, maybe even loose a lil muscle but lean as hell in no more than 2 months.

i have to say, my time in barcelona proved to me ignorance is not isolated to america. take the attitude toward Jews.. i frequently heard such stupid remarks and attitudes about Jews from people who never even met one in their lives. they were also very provincial and had little knowledge of peoples outside their country - after all, they are all just "estranjeros".

i can't speak for every european. but of all the people i know friends, co-workers, class mates...no generally jews and gypsies are not liked (to say the least). You are right there. and yeah most spanish people are ignorants.
