    i sleep a LOT. but wake up at odd times for a few minutes and obsessively check my computer.

    last time i ever try to drink TWO shakes of mass gainer. trying to push extra calories and following regimen of Berardi I had a 2:1 c/p shake in fat free milk while doing some light cardio. afterwards drank a second one.

    felt like i was gonna hurl for a couple hours after, then sharted me pants real bad, at home at least.

    no nothin went wrong.....besides the dizzy fainting kissing thing....but she told me not to worry about it a number of times. we're gonna go OUT to a movie on saturday night. I'll redeem myself in the kissing dept.
