I have been snowboarding for over 14/15 years, I learned in Chile (the country not the sauce). I have never hurt my wrist unless I had to bitch slap a skier that was in my way.

yeah, but you probably didn't weight more than a buck forty back then. falling down didn't mean anything. really though, i watch the snowboarders and MOST of the time they're pushing their ass on a "flat" surface that most of us are cruising on. looks like more work than fun. and btw, "bitch slapping" yeah, i move so much faster on skis than boarders do that they end up in my line and blame me... even when i'm just going straight... got in a BIG fight last January cuz of this... me against three of his buddies! After I takled the shit out of him for smaking into me! Everything woudl have been cool if he'd admitted his fault for not looking but he immedeatley blamed me... when he cut directly into me. Wow! Game on! He never expected me to chase him down and gang tackel the **** out of him on the mountain! He'll never do that again!
