I met today a new guy at my gym he is trying to go pro . Wow his viens and body is so sick his stats are 5'9 273 pounds 6%bf. the dude is a monster. IM glad i met him if he goes pro I can say I know a pro lol

my gym is the opposite, its old and run by guys that think they're cycle experts but they're washed up and have never done a proper cycle or pct in their lives.
14 year old kids hog the bench press and im the biggest guy there, which is sad considering i havent cycled yet

I hate the 14 years old. I got one kid when I go to the gym I know him ever since I went to the gym and Ive been helping him train. he went from 153-187 in 1 year and droped to 9%bf. Im proud of my work..... Im ok with the kids that come up and ask for help and advice cause there trying but when those teens come in and do bench and curls and leave I just laugh at it

the golden compass. It was playing at 6:30 and 9. I did not get off work until 7 but she insisted that she had to go to the 6:30 one because 9 is to late. So now I am sitting around while she is going to the movies.

150 test prop EOD tren 75 EOD(first time tren user) for var not sure I was thinking of doing 4 weeks at 75mg and then doing it the last 4 weeks 12 week cycle

yeah, similar stats, I'll bet your bodyfat is lower than mine
I weighed in at 257 yesterday I'm about 18% bf, holding a little chub in the belly from when I got fat from back injury, so my abs don't show as good as I would like. I got as high as 290 and decided it was time to get back in the gym. I think you make it look better than I do though, everybody guesses my weight closer to 200 lbs.

I did not know you had back surgery. I hope you recovered well. I am wei***ng in at 262 right now and im to the point that I have abs now. I am guessing I am at about 13-15% right now. The way I can really tell im getting leaner is people at the gym going man you are really bulking up, when in reality I have dropped from 285.

i never had surgery, I was a rower in college, I just injured it really badly from rowing. I couldn't get out of bed for like two weeks. I couldn't do anything athletic for like 6months and I was afriad of the rowing machine and weight room much longer. I can still feel some instablity in there and I reinjured it once deadlifiting.
