SMAN, I've learned from the past, that in situations like this, sleeping on it for the night is always better than doing something spontaneous or brash.
If it is the evening where you live, I find my mind works very different at night with respect to emotional situations. Try to relax bro...things will work themselves out, or get better eventually...if things weren't working out then things could very well turn out for the best. It may not seem that way right now, but give it some time bro...
What you definately want to avoid is doing something you'll regret...I've been there, had my regrets, and have tried to learn from them...it takes a ton of will power, but anyone who takes training, diet, and the like as serious as I'm sure you do has the will power to press through this. Sleep on it bro! You won't regret that.

So, somehow I got cellulitis on my right deltoid/brachialis after doing a test inject. Which pisses me off because I'm the most anal motherfker when it comes to being sanitary.
Had to go to the ER because I started getting chills and the swelling went down past my elbow... it was disgusting. Doc gave me keflex, its been 2 days now and its gone away.
