I usually wash em every 4 weeks or so, but on weekends i leave them in my bag with my wet T-shirt and Wet Pant and wet Towel and shaker that pops open after about 2 days and it also messes on them...and i come in on a monday, put them on and need to spot someone and they cant do bench coz the smell is too bad... LMFAO!..... I love that
