Just back today, then BBQ at parents. Thats pretty much my entire day.
Question is do i give myself a break , not do deads and focus more with rows/pull ups/DBS etc or still throw in the deads. hmmmmmmmmmmm

dsm, when was the last time you did deads? that should answer it... but, i always find myself talking myself out of deads, then I force it and never regret... once in a while I skip a week though.
then, if your going to pig out at parents house the deads will make you feel better because they are a lot more rigorous on workout for day..
