    Waste of time?

I read about this a while ago.
It this training regiment that seems pretty interesting but im not sure if its a waste of time...
One week you lift heavy with low reps, zero cardio and you take in lots of calories. The next week you do the opposite.Light weight, high reps, cardio everyday and you lower your calorie intake. Supposed to help build lean mass and lose fat at the same time.
    what do you think?

sounds like a good way to attempt to blow through a plateau....you dont want your body to get used to what you are doing otherwise it wont grow anymore, but is there such thing as too much change? i doubt it...but i'd like to hear a vet's opinion

Your calorie intake will determine, in conjunction with your training, whether you will lose fat or gain weight.

PS: Carb cycling is always beneficial as far as "cutting" is concerned
