Did it ever occur to you that he is so strict as far as those precautions go because there is somehow a much larger risk involved in sending to residential addresses?
Im not even trying to come down on you for the fact that you would jeopardize the source, as he's most likely covered on his end. But shit dude, what about yourself? I dont know, I'd hate to jump through all of those hoops to get MYSELF busted... Know what im sayin? Maybe you should shop around...
