I'm not real cpu literate so I'm not quite sure what you mean.

with a proxy server (some are free but good ones cost money) you connect from your pc to theirs, and then out from there. That way if your signal is tracked it comes back to their pc, not yours. I used one that used multiple proxies, so your signal would be routed all over the world. Makes it hard to track back to your actual location. Just run a search on "proxy server" through yahoo or google and you can find info on it.

hideip is a program that works well but youd better have ahigh speed connection and a good PC for everything to keep running well. it bounces your IP from addy to addy all over the world.

Download Mozilla Firefox first. Then go to add ons and download FoxyProxy, *******er, Distrust, Priv8SCM and Keyscrambler. Proper use of those programs will allow you to surf anonymously, protect your passwords, prevent phishing scams and allow proxy configuration with the hit of a button.
Then go to www.download.com and download ZoneAlarm Firewall which is the best free firewall you can install.

Tor is a program you can download for anonymity on the internet. It's different from a proxy since communication is passed through several nodes in a network. Probably the safest program to use. Or you could just hide behind 20 layers of proxies lol
