    How To Pump Up fast?

I'm doing a photo shoot tomorrow and would like to know which exercises are best for "pumping up" before the shoot... Kind of like what they do before a bodybuilding competition to get their muscles huge... He mainly has dumbbells so should I do light weight high rep, and which exercises should i do for a full body pump, thanks guys!

ive never done a photoshoot, lol..altho the thought humours the shit out of me..but anyway, the best exercises for me to get pumped fast are shoulder width pushups, curls and lateral raises...in 15 minutes i can have a crazy pump doin that shit..sometimes ill have little work outs like that after work when im really tired, just to stay consistant. they do wonders tho

constant tension for as many reps as possible. why do you need it fast as possible? turn up early and get ready. dont know what type of shoot it is but could be couple of hours. owen magibbin has a good book on preparring for a shoot
