Is this pic legit? It seems to be floating around, but i'm not sure if thats really his dog or not. Makes my blood boil just thinking about it.

cant tell, face and skin are to ripped up to see. makes my blood boil too tho, almost nothing pisses me off more than animal cruelty. if he is guilty and i was the judge he would be going away for the absolute maximum sentence.
