I can't get high speed at the salon because it would cost $12,000 to run the wires and dsl is $90 a month which is more than my $73 a month phone bill (2 lines, everything on it) I'm thinking of biting the bullet and getting dsl dial up is hell but it's only $12 a month. The midwest is wayyyyy behind the rest of the country, I heard most cities you get free high speed? I'm trying to get the property owners of the strip mall to pay for the cost ( they own 500+ of these all over the country, so we can only hope )

I install DSL lines for people. Not underground but aerial to the home for customers. Takes about 30 mins to do and they can get decent speeds at 14.99 a month !

Thats nuts. On top of that you get free equipment (modem and all cables) and we will install a jack for free in your home. I believe 1 yr agreement is required.
