As of right now it is just a hobby. One day I would like to get into having a live show and a residencry but I just dont have the time to get into it that deeply.

I'm all software at this point. Except for the midi-keyboard of course. But thats cuz I don't mix, I produce.
And the sounds you can get from VST's now and days defeat any need for any real hardware interface. Depending on your age too somewhat, cause I notice people who weren't born in the VST era like staying old school with all their 5 tons of hardware and thousands of wasted dollars, but to each his own as I always say.
