Weird Pain in Bi/Tri Region

Man, I need some help guys!!.. I was stupid and arm wrestled some guys one night. Now when I do certain things I have this amazing pain deep in my muscle (like it feels like its in the bone) above my elbow maybe 3" from the bottom of my elbow between my bi and tri. It like shoots to the top of my bi.. and all around my arm honestly.. I was doing skull crushers today and the pain was so bad I had to abandoned the work out.. come home.. ice it and take vicoden!!.. I just cant figure it out.. Anyone ever experience this?? Im already trying to work through this ****ing shoulder surgery!.. which is bad enough... Any help would be appreciated!

Go get an xray you may have cracked the bone. Better to be safe than sorry

never arm wrestle , all u do is get hurt IMO, GL with ur injury

i dont see how that would do it.it is notorious for being hard on the joints but i thought u said u hurt it arm wrestling.ive heard of more guys effing up their arms doing that, i just wont do it any more.........unless i HAVE to,lol!
