    Public Intoxication

    Does a PI misdemeanor, at 17, ever go off your record at some point? Im 20 now if that matters...

    mine got thrown out of court.... i had to jsut pay a fine...

    I was in jail for 3 days. And had to pay some fine.

    wow... sorry man... i went to the court house... i was 18 when i got it ... anywys i went to the court house and they went through there shpeal... they gave me a 3 month probabation and a 180 dollar fine... for court fees...

    usually you have to get misdemeanors "expunged." usually after your probation period. meaning that you have to apply for it, generally costs more money because you have to get ur lawyer involved again.

    Exactly, you have to file paperwork to get those taken off. A police officer and or a judge will always be able to pull that stuff up, but for employment purposes you can get it removed.

    I was very fortunate. I was arrested spent the night in jail. The drove me to the court and told me I can go. If I had the money to pay the admission of guilt then I could have left the same time.
