It's a fast acting inhalable insuliln. I don't use insulin myself so I'm not sure but I think for muscle growth you would be looking for a long acting insulin.

I'm a diabetic. And a friend of mine owns a company that does clinical experiments . He worked with this drug during the development and he suggested i don't take it.

I always wonder about taking Insulin, is how that effects our insulin-sensitivity.
Serious concerns that taking it could lead to Type 2 diabetes.

I work at a pharmacy and I think you should use regular insulin if your going to take the risk of using insulin. Also you cant use exubera if you smoke or smoked in the last few months. Also its harder to get then regular insulin and more expensive.
