How about a song from the Rocky IV soundtrack ??? There's some good ones on there.

Also, what type of music do you like ? Lately I've found some techno to pump me up a little bit.

Keymaster the cd you linked to is ok, but how can you workout to it? If youre going to workout to techno/trance get some Alex Bartlett, Signum or Push. Put some heavy bass in there

If you like Drowning Pool, try System of a Down "Angels Deserve to die"...wicked..............although i do like techno as well...nothing will get you going like a nice loud guitar and a little bit of screaming...

If you need a jump start in the AM try "wait and bleed" by slipknot
Its not a new song but really gets me up and ready to lift heavy.

System Of A Down - Toxicity
Rage Against the Machine - How I Could Just Kill A Man

Maybe trough in some gansta rap. Something hard and thug-ish. (dre, Snoop, old NWA,
I like Snoop - aint no fun if the homies can't have none

check out the scorpion king soundtrack .it;s pretty good .
definitely put in some linkin park ,POD, sevendust, metalica, marilon manson (beautiful people) .

The union underground (across the nation ) is a awesome song ,one of my favorites. judiest priest (turbo lover).12 stones, puddle of mudd , creed and nickelback (not as heavy).

Flaw has some good tunes, godsmack, papa roach (she loves me not)
    system of a down ,

Well that should give you a few ideas on the heavy side anyways .

    Peace

wellf or me I can't listen to music, it takes my mind off the lifting

for running i need msuci.. time floats away..

if you guys like techno try these:
Sounds of nature i beilve by Mario Lopez
    Sandstorm by darude
    Two times by Anne Lee
Arabian Pleasure by I don't know who
(Old school) Till I come by ATB

i am having a mental block right now, I cannot think of the other, but if you want a good techno cd, for cardio or anything those are pretty good.

And whoever said eminem would make you laugh is true, but some of his songs just pump you up sooooo much... You gotta mix it up though

DJ Micro and Tony devit are always good upbeat techno
