I would love an explanation too, BUT do not for one minute think this board is a democracy !!!

It is a business, and ruled by the owner who can do whatever HE wants to do with or without our consent.

It is nice to think that they will take our wishes under consideration, but that doesn't mean we will get what we want.....this is a pure dictatorship.....
