What supplements do you take?, and about how much do you spend on them per month?
The cost for me is around 25.00 a month, because one order last me around 3 months except for the protien which is 4 months.

i dont spend jack on supps.. buy a few jugs of different aminos that i like and thats it so .. totall.. 150/year?
where i spend like 200-300 on groceries per week

Im similar to Tai I just spend a little less on food then that obese ninja.
when i used to work at gnc, i spent around 80-100 a month
i dont really buy any supplements at all...ibuy some whey every few months, probably 120 bucks a year
Just sups are like $150 a month. But that is a little high because i bur a lot of rtd's.
I just buy whey, aminos, and maybe once a year some creatin. By the way wtf is up with protein prices, its gone up 20 dollars everywhere around here. 51.99 a mother F ing tub.
100-150 a month, BSN Truemass and Cellmass. When I'm bulking heavier I go through a ton of protein, the grocery bill is even higher.
I use 5 lbs of protein every 2 weeks... that is about the only supplements i buy so say 60 bucks a month..i guess it really isnt much when you break it down but water and the the protein shake on the go i buy at the grocery store so I am sure it all adds up.
I spend about $90 a month on protein and glutamine, plus about $375-$450 a month on groceries...of course that includes food for my wife and two kids.
