    great movie

    i just downloaded, markus ruhl made in germany, and WOW!!! its really good, wish i could speak german though, i would probobly laugh more... and did u know he smokes

    he mentions in the video he does what he does to get as big as possible, and does not recommend it to anyone who is looking to be healthy..so i can understand how he smokes...his health isint at the top of his incentives that mold his lifestyle.. but yeah, AMAZING video....i think ruhl trains harder than any pro i may have ever seen..and the guy uses dominantly machines?!
