Anyone have a problem recently with domestic source?

After waiting for a week I contacted a well known dom. source who apparently has pickers collect the payments..only after me contacting him after a week does he tell me the handler took a credit card payment from a stolen credit card and the handler is now comprimised... So now after waiting for this I still have no goods... cant refund the WU fee ($25) so he instructed me to get the money back and try something else? so no i have to pay ($50 extra) just in fvcking handling fees for this toddler bvllshit... anyone else have a problem in this past week?

My understanding is a remailer is a source that is off shore, but has a mailer in the states that sends the packages. Funds are collected off shore, packs sent domestic.

Most of the time, i agree. But alot of the largest and most respected UGLs run the operations this way. Does that make it 100% safe? Def. not, but i dont know if its any more "unsafe" as opposed to sending W/U domestic.
