MBS Bill for ....... world???

i keep getting a reacurring pop up when im on line from a sex site of which i have not ever been on,i would have thought that to join a sex site or anything else you have to give them your emaill addy...
its telling me that i have to pay for a three month subscription but its just a pop up,it locks itself for 2 mins before letting me get rid of it....
it even gives a reference for the bill...
it asks for my email addy to wich obv im not gonna give....
any ideas suggestions on how to get rid of this shit?
