Is there a reason you are working out with 0 carbs, are you depleting or on an aggressive cut?

That shouldn't be too tricky, I'm no dietician but I would think you could accomplish that without working out with no carbs in your system - I would feel flat as fuck if I did that.

I'm retarded about carbs. I'll eat a hershey's almond bar w/ my pre workout shake. Workouts just suck ass for me if I have no sugar.

To answer you though, I like going mid day.

late afternoon between 6-8 is always the easiest.
early morning can be a challenge sometimes..

ummm,,, kinda feel obligated to chime in.. but don't drink 3 raw eggs bro...
the eggs u find in the supermarket, are pasteruzied, which means they need to be heated or you won't get all the nutrients out of them. Plus you are risking salmonella..

there are simple solutions to this problem, which are state guarded secrets... i'm sure u can motivate yourself to find them on your own if you decide u'd want to.

Um pooks you are wrong.... Pasteruzied eggs don't need to be cooked because the whole process kills bacteria.... Pastuerized egg whites are readily available protein to drink and are safe no need to be cooked.

i usually train at like 2 am....but the time of day doesnt really matter, its all relative to how im feeling and when i got up...theres no way i can train first thing in the morning tho..ive tried it once and did 2 lackluster sets, dropped a weight on my toe then went and ate some cornflakes. it takes me a good couple hours of being awake to even know what the hell is going on around me

about 8ish in the am. i wake up about 430 or 5 make a pot of coffee and feed the animals then off to the gym. ive been doing over an hour of cardio on a empty gut(except for the black coffee and a pain pill) since about jan. the fat is coming off. slow, but its working for me. when my stomach growls, i kick it into high gear. and Perfect beast....i know my legs wont ever get like yours , but if my upper body can get like yours , i would be thrilled. thats the look i am going for...from the 260s to 219, and i got more fat to trim.
