Need help pricing street bike
Alright fellas ive been looking at getting a 98' - 07' Honda CBR 600 but im not real sure wat a good price is or not. For example I found a 99 CBR f4 for $4300 w/ 14,000 miles but i have no idea if that good or not. I want to stay under $5000 and still have a good reliable bike. Ne help or suggestions would b greatly appreciated. THanks

but i really dont like the f4s, i think they look ugly. u should be able to find an 02-04 cbr600 or yamaha r6 with less than 15,000 for about 5k.

thats expensive, i know down here in the south we have good riding weather year round so our prices are pretty competitive. But you could get a good f4i for that price.fvck a carb if you have 5k to drop you can get a nice honda. my second bike was a 600rr it was a blast to ride ... just a little slow

talk to the guy see what the bike was used for, i doubt it was just cruising around town. He changed the sprokets and the windscreen..... I would pass that one up, 11 yr old F3

For example
$3000 prob 2700-2800 if you wanted
Up for sale is a 99' honda CBR f4. The bike runs excellent but has scratches on the right lower fairing and has a hole in the tail piece as a result from being pushed over at a movie theater. The tires on the bike are fairly new...both with great grip. The bike handles flawlessly and is very comfortable to ride. The bike has 18,175 miles currently. Please e-mail for pictures. If you would like to take a look then again...e-mail me for a contact number.

According to the Honda website http://powersports.honda.com/motorcycles/sport/
you can get a shiny new CBR600F4i for $8500, and a shiny new CBR600RR for $9500. Those are list prices, and chances are you can talk 'em down a bit.
Are the new ones worth it? I dunno. But I'd talk that guy down some more . . .
