45-60 minutes except on leg day where I go a little longer..I can get a great workout in in that time frame..no reason to go longer..more isnt always better

i keep my workouts to 30-45 minutes........i do only 4 sets total per workout...2 muscles a day, both muscles get 2 and only 2 sets.......1 work set of 2 exercises........its very systematic, i do the same exercises week in and week out, and beat what i got last time week in and week out...

    i take time warming up

i absolutely believe that lifting weights shouldnt be longer than 45-60 minutes........and i absolutely hate the set after set hit it from every angle thinking

this is the key as to why i believe i am growing so well

pre workout meal 1- 60 grams waxy maize, 50 grams whey, 3 grams creatine, 2 grams beta alanine
pre workout meal 2- 12 oz of chicken, 80 grams of carbs from rice

    workout

my lifting is extremely heavy, and extremely brief

these are the keys as to why i am piling on muscle mass so rapidly.....
