So Im at the end of my first week on my first cycle and I have to say that the scale is ratyher disapointing. Im doing a cutting cycle right now and Im running Tets prop [email protected] and Winstrol Stanzanol ed@75mg's and I have to say Ive gained 7 pounds. My diet hasnt been perfect to the point of wei***ng my food out but I eat pretty good(I dont have time to post my diet, maybe later.) Im doing a shit load of cardio [email protected] hours keeping the heart lowered at 130-140. The good thing is that my whole body feels "tighter" and my spare tire is definately shrinking. I guess in terms of actual weight loss I suck right now. But I think the fat is melting away and my strength is rising! Im not sure what Id rather have I guess. I need to lose actual poundage is what my skydiving instructor tells me but Im gaining endurance and strength and getting a little cut! I like the fat loss but apparently Im not losing any weight but gaining some...
