Any end users get busted?

There is a lot of information about labs, and persons getting large quanitities of powders and kits for making gear, but has anyone heard what has happen to any end users with a few vials of Test or something of the sort, not even a stock pile just enough to run 1-2 cycles? Anyone know what kind of punishment someone would even face for an ammount like that. Obviously it depends on the nature of the judge, but with Lance Armstrong, Jose Consaco, Shawn Merriman, and so many big names getting caught on positive tests, would you think it would pretty much be a slap on the wrist or has anyone heard of someone getting the book thrown at them? I don't know much about the legal system, and have never even been arrested, not to mention not even a traffic ticket in 6 years, but I work with some pretty shady charactures, that say I can always use my defered judgement if I ever got caught, although I have no Idea what a defered Judgement is? Not that I ever want to get caught, but if I do I would hope my clean slate would keep things fairly leiniant. Anyone know anyone that has been busted for being an end user and not a distributor?

I am very safe, In my opinion on how I do my business, but sometimes wonder at 24yo with a wife and a daughter and one in less than a month if it is worth it. I do love working out, and the lifestyle not to mention the self repect I gain for myself in increasing my size, and the compliments from others are also always welcomed. I was just wondering if anyone had experiences or knew of anyone and what exactly happend? I know plenty of people that have had multiple run ins with rec drugs, and it seems like they just keep getting away with everything, and it worries me that our justice system will hit an aas user harder than a rec drug user.

In my opinion it would probably be a 50/50 chance of getting a slap on the wrist or not...like someone said it would depend on your area and the judge also...but anymore it seems like the big busts in rec drugs get a slap on the wrist, but some small timers they try to make examples...it's like they flip a coin in court to see what you get or something...

also i hate everything for marion jones...she seems like a true athlete w/ a great personality...i mean if we got down to it, i'd say over 75% of the olympic athletes if not more have used some sort of enhancements...but the usa girl will be made an example of...it's a fair field out there anymore...if your a professional athlete and you dont take enhancing chemicals at this point in the game, your far behind most...it's sad that they are ruining her career over this.

Depending on the amount of gear you would be caught with, you would most likely be able to pay a fine and get the charges expunged with pre-trial intervention (PTI). Its the same as getting caught with a personal amount of marijuana. However, if you are buying two cycles in advance, or you just happen to run larger than average size cycles, there is the chance you would get charged with intent to distribute. In this case, you would still most likely get off without any jail time and be able to pay a fine, and be on probation for a short period of time 6mos-1yr. However, if you live too close to a school zone, or in a state like Texas CLOSE TO A BORDER, their penaltys are exponentially more severe..

If you ordered personal amount, and the deal was over and done with, they have nothing to charge you with outside of possible saved emails from those sources, but more than likely the source deletes all previous emails.
