think i can gain on my core lifts such as squat, deads, and bench up 100 pounds on a first cycle ever with test at 500mg a week 10 weeks?
my natural goals of strength are to get to
bench- 405
squat- 600 under parelle (maybe more like 550 since i go real low), eh 585 ull do)
dead- 600
