    question about the juice

    hey guys, if i got the genetics, and got the food intake down.....like hella ability to down some food

    think i can gain on my core lifts such as squat, deads, and bench up 100 pounds on a first cycle ever with test at 500mg a week 10 weeks?

    my natural goals of strength are to get to

    bench- 405
    squat- 600 under parelle (maybe more like 550 since i go real low), eh 585 ull do)
    dead- 600

    naturally first

    I guess it's fairly possible. You usually respond very well to your first cycle

    who knows bro, anything can happen, let us know,lol
    but i have read of bros going up ALOT in their maxes, just dont hurt yourself in the process. i tore a pec 10 yrs ago and i'll never have good pecs again as im missing my lower left pec.take it slow and easy bro, id never go up more than 50lbs in max even if i could go harder to let everthing catch up with the increased strength.u r young bro just take it a bit at time, you wont be sorry
    cant wait to see the results of ur first cycle though, keep us posted

    what i said kind of came out wrong.......I definately definately am strongly against maxing out......I really think maxing out is just a bad idea.......when i say max numbers, i am just going by a chart from a rep range....

    I was just curious how much you actually gain off of first cycle, thats all

    I dont know when i am going to do my first....its gonna be either a year from now, or 2 from now

    since that pic was takin

    chest press- up 35 pounds for reps
    mil press- up a mind blowing 55 pounds for reps
    tricept press-up 30 pounds for reps
    deadlift- up 40 pounds for reps
    squat- up 40 pounds for reps

    15 weeks worth of progress

    its just, I can freak'n bloody taste it thats all.......I am so excited thinking about how much i can gain and what ill look like after the first

    it's possible... my first cycle my bench went up 80lbs... but i placed MAJOR emphasis on the chest... but being as it was my first cycle, and i knew crap about diet and pct, i pretty much lost it all. Muscle memory is quite an amazing thing though. It wasn't TOO difficult to gain most of it back.
