like you said tanning... full body pumps def help.. hit few sets before you need to show your stuff.. even isometrics help.. couple days beforehand... low carbs, no suger or dairy, low cals and even low water intake hours beforehand..
i was reading somewhere about they have some sort of pens/something like that you can help to define muscle more such as abs?

I was reading it online and it stated something about a bronzer and a pen or something but i cant remember the website
Carb depletion and loading... Just depleting carbs will make your muscles appear small and flat.
what's the time frame for loading? after depleting for a couple of days are you supposed to load like 6-10 hours prior to "show time"?Originally Posted by AandF6969
