    Ever work out while feeling slightly sick?

    How sick do y'all need to feel before cancelling a workout? A little scratchy throat say, or a bit of headache? What does it take for you to draw the line between training and feeling better and holding off cause it might make you feel worse?

    being on Melanotan2 since Sept 18...today the nausea/fatigue finally wore me down...I did not make it...thank goodness I am on maintenace as of next week!!

    nausea's hard to deal with i have to agree. i never go to the gym if i have contagious kinds of symptoms, like sneezing, cou***ng, etc. and i was puking, for sure not

    only two things ever stop me... fever and viscous hangovers. i'm working on the second right now (i was planning an off day tomorrow anyway)

    I try and do cardio on weekends becasue of college football. Never started a work-out feeling sick, but have blown chunks during a tough workout
