    Seizure letter...

Ok, well it is like 6 months after I ordered from a site that most people feel is a selective scammer, i will not mention the name.. but for the longest time i thought I got scammed and today I got a letter from US customs.. and it just said one package of anabolic steroids .. which were in fact 5 ml Sachets.. so as much as they say Sachets are invisible to customs.. they are NOT!

Just wanted to give an FYI...
now to get another address and get my sh*t resent.. now I will have my next cycle already in hand wooot!

So if they sent you a letter do they usually follow up with any kind of legal action or is that it?

That's it...now if you're dumb enough to try and claim what's been seized than they can and will do something. But as long s you ignore it...they won't do anything more than send ya the letter...of course now your address and name are red flagged for any future deliveries...

Has anyone ever continued to use the same address after the first letter and then received a second letter and if so what happened?

Has anyone else had any experience with this issue? I imagine that there must be thousands of overseas packages coming in every day. How in the world can they keep up with every package even if your name has been red flagged?

you're right, then it makes it to the post office, which also has your addy flagged and the post master does a controlled delivery and you then become FUKED!!

So you basically get one freebie with international unless it is a very large amount.

It depends on who's investigating you and that depends on how much you're ordering. If its an amount they consider likely for personal use the PIs will handle it and you may recieve several letters. If you're orders are large enough they might try a controlled delivery immediately. If they turn your case over to the DEA you're ****ed. They will actually allow you several large orders all the while collecting evidence and letting you hang yourself. The DEA doesnt **** around, if they are going to go after you, they are going to put you the **** away for distribution.

OK... in a manner of personal opinion (having never done mail order, but knowing people that have, and having engaged in both illicit activity and been put on the TSA "watch list" over a belt buckle... f*cking feds.) I would say as of the moment don't freak out and don't try to claim the seized materials.

I'd guess that this could be fallout from the recent uber-bust. they may have had the list of areas the packages came from and looked extra hard at stuff from there and picked it up that way. There's all kinds of bull that they can get away with now under the patriot act, like opening mail. They may have just detected it in customs, but as with most "war on drug" issues they don't try to pick off fifty individual users, they scare the individual users and find the suppliers and shut down the source to hundreds of individual users. They're probably not going to come knock on your door this time, but I'd avoid activity for a while... they love repeat offenders and like said before, they'll let you hang yourself.

They do turn over the names and info of people to local institutions... SO be careful, maybe get an anonymous PO box or something, but for the love of all things right don't have them send stuff to your home addy. That's good practices 101.

Yea the letter had a page that has a check box on it, whether I want to contest the seizure or voluntarily forfeit the goods...
Once i get the stuff scanned and sent to my source i am shredding the thing like I never got it!

No I am not worries the feds are going to show up at my house.. the way I see it i am such a small fish in the big pond.. and no i dont believe they flag addresses.. it would be WAY to much trouble for them unless I got like 10 packages seized.. then I'd worry

I am happy because I thought I got scammed... it was almost a sigh of relief that I didnt! still sucks though
