finished up cycle about 3 weeks ago now....
everything was going well....i knew i would have to work my ass off to keep my gains
was riding my bike outside about a week and a half ago to lose some weight i figured it was time, was messing with my iphone and basically hit the break and fell off...
messed up both wrists, it is getting better but i cant do heavy curls, cant do heavy chest, all i got is back, triceps, legs...and even those hurt me a little bit..also shoulders but no shoulder press...now i am beginning to feel the depression and worked out tonight it was extremely difficult..it is going to be a rough recovery..
