horrible situation...need sympathy
finished up cycle about 3 weeks ago now....
everything was going well....i knew i would have to work my ass off to keep my gains
was riding my bike outside about a week and a half ago to lose some weight i figured it was time, was messing with my iphone and basically hit the break and fell off...
messed up both wrists, it is getting better but i cant do heavy curls, cant do heavy chest, all i got is back, triceps, legs...and even those hurt me a little bit..also shoulders but no shoulder press...now i am beginning to feel the depression and worked out tonight it was extremely difficult..it is going to be a rough recovery..

hahahah pewntang that made me laugh actually...i really do enjoy exercising my legs, they are my favorite thing but my chest is starting to like...blend in with my back..

I fractured my leg in the middle of a hard Cut last spring and ended up getting fat.LOL you will make it through it, look at it this way at least your body will be rested when you get back at it.

someones always got it worse mate... I got out of hospital yesterday, I had a piece of my hip removed and placed in my wrist to mend my scaphoid fracture... so you can imagine how my training is going!!!
even so, I bet someone has it worse than me...

i just had my appendix out 2days ago.... im out for a month probably and im already getting the itch to go back to the gym!

Good god man, do what you can and most importantly keep the diet intact.
1-2wks of this is not going to kill you, chill out and take this as a breather if you will.
