i fill half a shot glass with cold water, put whatever amount of research chem into the shot glass. take a sip of cold water, hold in mouth, take shot, and swallow. barely taste it go down.

the only thing i worry about with mixing it in protein is that i dont get it all down my throat, there is always some shit stuck to the side or whatever so i dont want that..i just take it straight and keep in mind it is something positive, like when i was little and mom made me drink nyquil yuck but you knew it owuld make you better so it wasnt too damn bad..
