How bad can f*cking up your shoulder during sleep be?
Last night I turned the wrong way in my sleep and did something to my shoulder and I instantly woke up when it happened because it was painful. I went back to sleep shortly after and didn't think much of it. Now ever since this morning i've got this pain in my shoulder (not in the muscle, it feels deeper in the joint) and the pain flares up when I move my arm in certain ways. How bad can you mess up your shoulder joint with something like this? I'm not in agony, but its enough pain to make me mutter "ah fvck" when the pain flares up when I move my arm a certain way.
Shit, I must've been banging that chick pretty damn hard in my dream to actually screw up my shoulder while sleeping!!

No idea, ive had it in my left shoulder for like 5 years. I did some therapy some time ago and it completely went away, unfortunatley I did some wrong movements on DB benchpress and it is back.

welcome to my world. for me it's an inflamed bicepital ligament and an inflamed superspinatus muscle. it sucks... been dealing with it (rehab) for two months now. i can't lift heavy to save my life right now.

Damnit. I'll probably go see the chiropractor at my gym just to make sure.
It's probably not all that serious because I can still lift very heavy and I get no pain when lifting, which is strange. This is retarded.

as long as you have full range of motion without pain you're most likely fine. i locked mine up and am just now starting to get full range back

I have full range of motion, but I get that pain I was talking about at certain movements. The pain isnt bad enough to stop me in my tracks and nothing is damaged enough to prevent full ROM.

Have you used deca ? If so, has it helped?
I mentioned what happened to a trainer (who is also a buddy) at the gym today. He said if I was using deca on my current cycle it would help, lol.
