Its not so much the whole clip just the start, i think the security guy made the only mistake of walking toward the guy after he pushed him.

In the UK if that tape was used as evidence it would go more against teh skaters than the security guy.

If he backed away after the initial push he would have been able to get away with dropping the skater had he come forward in his face like the skater did.

I know what i would have done tho.
