    Determine Muscle % ?

Hey all, got a scale today that says measures Body Fat Percentage and Water Percentage . Uses that electric crap.

Any way to work out Muscle percentage with these results?

Or is water % considered muscle %?

Or what is a calculation I use to figure muscle % with the results of Body Fat and Body Water percents?

    THanks.

You would have to know the weight of your bones and organs in order to do that. You can subtract your BF% from 100 to get your fat free mass, but thats the closest you can get. That includes bones, organs, and water.
