Hey all, just wanting to put together this stupid video effect.

I got this music video and I want to paste a pic of my friends head onto the singers head so that it is constantly overlaying the real singers head.

What program would be the most easy for doing this? I have Adobe Premiere Pro but cant figure out how to get it done in that program. how to paste a image into the video etc.
