Huge explosion down below onto a face????

Homies whats up Tbolz speaking, I was just curious if you starve yourself for 2 days your body eats away all its fat correct? but on the 3rd day it eats away at your muscle mass. If you starve yourself for 2 days then come back eating lean, lean, lean. Is there any possible way you can be shredded. Just curious because I have just started a cutting diet 5 days ago.

Hmm I don't think so. Your body would have a higher likelihood of storing that food as fat after that starving session.

I have read something to that effect, i can't say it's definitely correct though - i've never done it, the best way i've lost weight is oddly ECA & anavar which has been on top of my normal gym routine, oh yea keeping my calories to 1500 a day helps!

I have heard that fasting can be good for you (to an extent obviously) but i would think that doing this would somehow make your body react and become more efficient in storing fat for rainy days so to speak!!!

It is awfully hard to do what you are saying, though it is possible. Your body will want to store everything as fat after your fasting session (as Atomini said), so you have to keep the calories low after you start eating again and keep them high quality, while still training hard. Have to convince your body that the priority is in maintaining muscle instead of storing energy as fat. To do this "convincing", it would be easier to do this on cycle since the hormones pretty much dictate what the calories are being used for (glucose to glycogen, protein to actin/myosin synthesis, and even fat to glucose to glycogen). Also especially important is that you are getting vitamin supp's in while you're doing this, and plenty of water and electrolytes.
Once you are as lean as you like you can ease up on the calorie restrictions and start working on your gains.

    I 2nd that.
By no means is what said easy to do either. I kept dreaming of chocolate cakes and ravioli with romano cheese, with some garlic bread, and 3 pepperoni and mushroom pizza's with that yummy garlic sauce, and ...........

Not exactly bro. When your in starvation mode, most of your glucose production will be from amino acids, which comes from your muscle. Only about 5% of the glucose will come from your stored triglycerides.

I heard Frank Zane once talking about how after 8 hours of no food your body will start eating muscle... So, Ionno... Besides... Since when was Anorexia a bodybuilders diet?
