Parcel Tracking

Has anyone ever had a package of *documents* that shows on foreign parcel tracking that it left its originating country in eastern europe a week ago, but shows on USPS that the following message has been displayed for the last 5 days :

Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

Does this mean I have a problem? I feel like I may have a seizure... anyone ever experienced this?

It doesn't seem like a seizure to me. It looks like it was never mailed. It would say inbound to customs or something to that effect if it was seized.
