    To Eat Or Not To Eat

    ok now say if ur at work or in a place where u cant get your regular dieting food.... but ur aound other food (cheat meal type food) do u eat? or no?

    Usually i will eat, or if im near a store ill grab a protien bar insted, even no i hate protien bars, i think there useless... but i might be working at the bar until 4am with cleaning and everything and i wont eat for up to 6 hours at some point, but theres a pizza joint across the st, and somtimes ill grab a slice to hold me over.

    what do u think? to eat and cheat or not to eat at all?

    id rather miss a workout than miss a meal...... obviously the cleaner the better but fuel is fuel.... especially if you will be up for a few hrs after u eat a slice..its not bad IMO,but not the optimum obviously. EAT!

    it is better to eat then starve yourself, imo....just do more cardio or skip your next cheat, but dont ever not eat....

    Carry food with you man. I put chicken breast in a zip lock bag and eat that if I'm in a bind.

    i would eat a meal b4 work and then force down a protein shake and then i would keep amino acid caps in my pocket and drink a shitton of water while workin...

    yea thats what i do.... skinless strips are best for this ....

    i actually just bring a cooler wherever i go with all my meals weighed and put into tupperwares for the whole day. i find thats the easiest thing to do and i can always eat my meals following my diet without cheating

    Tupperware it up.

    If I'm in a jam and cutting and cannot eat lean, I'll eat small. If I'm bulking and in a jam I eat guilt-free(ish).

    When starting in high school, then in college, and when I was a counter top installer I never whent any wear without my cooler full of food. Now I am a cook with access to unlimited food of my choice

    just dont even put yourself in that position....when i go to work, i always have my little cooler with a couple of meals in there...always


    believe me, you get in the habbit of eating whats at work because you are unprepared, and you dont have amazing genetics for staying lean, you will end up at 16-17 percent bodyfat in time bro.....dont make the same mistakes i have


    but ultimately, for a one time thing, eating crap for the sake of muscle mass is better than eating nothing

    as long as you dont regularly eat crap food when you're missing proper meals it is alright to cheat.
