What's in style?Cuff or no cuff on slacks?

I like no cuff but my boy at work tells me that the style in is the cuff.

No cuffs are ok for casual pants, but if you are going for a more dressed up look like wearing a blazer, generally a cuff is recommended. Either can look good if paired with the right shirt and shoes. People often forget about their shoes and what kind of quality they are. I actually have on Hugo Boss pants right now with no cuff with a dress shirt and dress shoes and it looks fine. But if I were going to add a tie, blazer, etc., I would definitely have pants with a cuff.

When I was younger in my 20's I wore cuff's, but in my 30's I wore staight leg, and I still am wearing no cuff's. I think cuff's are more dressy and I don't have to dress that way anymore.
    Peace,
